This large 4 bed roomed, 4 bath roomed, air conditioned townhouse is within easy walking distance of Puerto Banus and offers good value accommodation for large groups of friends or families wishing to holiday near this popular Costa del Sol resort.It is located in the secure, gated, development of Altos de los Toreros.
The large living/dining room is very comfortably furnished with plenty of seating, a feature open fireplace,solid wood dining suite and a t.v with free to view satellite channels plus a DVD player.
Patio doors lead from here to the enclosed private garden which is not overlooked at all and is provided with sun loungers and a charcoal BBQ.

The large modern kitchen is fully fitted with all the equipment you could possibly need including a dishwasher, washing machine,hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave,cooking utensils, crockery and glassware etc.It also has a breakfast table and chairs and doors onto the garden.The four bedrooms all have their own en-suite facilities. The master suite has a king size bed plus an additional single bed if required. It's bathroom is fitted out with a jacuzzi and a sauna and there are patio doors to a balcony.There are 2 further double bedrooms upstairs both with full bathrooms and a twin en-suite room on the ground floor.

The house is provided with secure off road parking for 2 cars and guests are able to enjoy the communal swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, the latter having an attractive waterfall feature.Puerto Banus and the Costa del Sol. The world famous Puerto Banus is a stroll of around 15 minutes away and here you can enjoy the excellent bars and restaurants,exclusive shopping first rate nightlife and beautiful beaches. Closer to hand you also have a further selection of shops, bars, restaurants and a weekly market.

Normal capacity in this villa is 8 people, plus babies in cots. Cots and High chairs are provided for an additional 50 euros for up to two weeks hire. Extra beds can be provided to sleep up to 12 people for an extra charge per person. ADSL can be provided for an additional 40 Euros per week.
There is a security deposit of €500 to be paid on arrival. This can be paid using your credit card and will be refunded in full provided the villa is left as you found it.
