Finca Margarita is a comfortable 3 bedroomed country villa set in it´s own gardens with a large private pool.It is surrounded by the wondeful fresh air and peaceful Andalucian countryside but at the same time is just five minutes away from the lively town of Coin.

The air conditioned villa consists of a good sized living/dining room with feature fire place.There is a feature brick archway from here leading through to the well fitted kitchen and utility room.Between them they are equipped with a hob and oven, washingmachine, fridge, freezer and microwave.There is a passagewayfrom here which leads to the garden and pool and is conveniently fitted with a toilet and shower room for easy access from the pool.Satellite T.V. is installed in the living room along with a DVD player.

There are 2 double and I twin bedrooms, all of which are fited with ample storage space. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom.

The villa also has the benefit of a further sunny sitting room which has direct access through patio doors to the garden and swimming pool. There is a large sofa bed here thus providing the possibility of a fourth bedroom should it be required.

Outside the villa is set in a total of 6,000 sq.m- of land some of which is fenced and gardened and some of which is given over to orange and olive groves.The lovely pool is a very generous 8x4m with Roman steps leading into it. In addition to the large sun patio around the pool there is a further covered patio with a gas BBQ and patio furniture to the front of the villa so you can take full advantage of the main Spanish summer pastime, that of al fresco dining.

Coin and the Surrounding Area.

The lively town of Coin is a short drive a way and for your conveniencethere is also a new shopping centre called La Trocha just 5 minutes awaywhere you will be able to get all your provisions under one roof.The lovely Andalucian countryside is right on your doorstep with much to see and explore. The ancient town of Ronda is only about an hour away and the beautiful city of Granada with it´s magnificent Alhambra is also within a days drive.Or alternatively you are just 25 minutes from the Costa del Sol and the international resort of Marbella. Finca Margarita is also well positioned for two excellent golf courses, Alhaurin Golf and Lauro Golf.Both of which are superb course with the added advantage of being cheaperthan those on the coast. The owners have thoughtfully provided a packcontaining much useful information about local and regional activities.

All prices are per week, per property.

Low Season:- Oct.- April (ex. Christmas and Easter) 450.00 pounds.

Mid Season:- May, June, Sept. (inc. Christmas and Easter.) 550.00 pounds.

High Season:-July and August 675.00 pounds.

These rates are fully inclusive of all gas, electricity, linen,towels and a welcome pack
