Villa Bosque is a beautiful 3 bed roomed, 3 bath roomed air conditioned holiday villa set in the relaxing country surroundings of Forest Hills which is just 4 kms from the centre of the first class sea side town of Estepona and the beach. The villa offers high quality light and airy living accomodation with a spacious comfortably furnished living room which has a feature open fire place and a large t.v. with both English and German satellite reception. Patio doors lead from here to the well furnished terrace from where you may take in the sea and country views whilst dining al fresco.Steps lead down through the mediterranean gardens to the swimming pool. Indoors the villa also has a separate dining room with seating for 6 guests which is entered through an archway off the kitchen. The kitchen is clean, modern and well equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer,microwave and plenty of cooking utensils,crockery, glassware etc. In fact everything to ensure that your stay here is a comfortable one.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in a separate utility area by the garage where there is also housing for 3 cars.The master bed room, with en-suite shower room, is situated on the ground floor, this room also has a private terrace with dining facilities for two. The other 2 bed rooms, one double and one twin, are located on the first floor, they both have en-suite bathrooms and share a large furnished balcony. There is an additional guest toilet on the ground floor. Villa Bosque stands on grounds of around 750 sq.m. and has a tranquil and well kept garden for you to enjoy. The swimming pool is 6x9m at its widest narrowing to 2m with a depth throughout of 1.5m and Roman steps for easy access.To one side of it is a grassed area whilst on the other side it is paved. Sun beds are provided by the pool and guests also have use of a gas BBQ.
The delightful town of Estepona is about 4 kms away and here you will find an excellent selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is La Laguna with its exclusive shops and restaurants whilst the whole sea front at Estepona is a first class, clean and safe beach with a lovely promenade its whole length and some very good chiringuitos, beach bars.Closer to hand you have the tennis club which is open to the public and where you can hire a tennis court at low-cost prices and use the club swimming pool facilities. In addition there is an Andalucian Horse Training Stables nearby where you can visit the stables as well as take in one of their excellent shows of horsemanship whilst enjoying a meal or drink in their bar/restaurant.
