Villa Marbella is a spacious and elegant 3 bedroomed holiday villa with full air conditioning set on the peaceful and prestigious Marbella Country Club.The generous 235sq.m. of living accommodation provides plenty of very comfortable room for all.
The light and airy living room is elegantly furnished and has patio doors opening out onto the beautiful gardens which extend in all to 900 sq.m. The television receives Spanish terrestrial broadcasts along with a selection of foreign satellite channels.
The dining area provides plenty of seating for all and again there are patio doors providing plenty of light and access to the gardens.

The fully fitted kitchen is of a good size with a work top dividing it from the breakfast area which is furnished with table and chairs.All of the necessary appliances are supplied including a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of pots,pans, crockery and glassware etc.Just off the kitchen is a charming patio which provides the perfect spot for al fresco dining.
The three bedrooms are all well laid out, comfortably furnished and in common with the rest of the villa are light and airy. The master bedroom has a double bed room and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third bedroom is a twin room.

The 2 bathrooms both have full baths with showers over as well as hand basins, bidets and a w.c. In addition there is also an extra cloakroom.The gardens of this holiday villa are quite delightful, they are well laid out with plenty of tropical and Mediterranean plants. The well maintained swimming pool is a good size at 9x5m and has Roman steps for access.
Also in the garden you will find a charcoal BBQ and plenty of sunbeds and relaxer chairs.

Location of Villa Marbella.Villa Marbella is in the perfect location to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Costa del Sol whilst at the same time being within easy reach of the cosmopolitan resort of Marbella with its beautiful beaches, excellent shopping, bars and restaurants.
It is also just a short distance to Puerto Banus and for golfers the villa is conveniently close to both Las Brisas Golf Club and Alhoa Golf.
The Marbella Country Club is a gated community with a friendly security guard who knows everyone who is coming and going.Due to the desire to maintain the peace and tranquillity of the area this villas is not available to young same sex groups or people who wish to have outdoor parties during their stay!
