Villa Manilva is a four bedroomed villa set in an absolutely unrivalled location just 2 minutesfrom a quiet bay with a sandy beach and has stunning sea views with Gibraltarin the distance.
The villa is unusual in as much as it has belonged to the same family sinceit was first built in the '70s and the now elderly owners have not movedwith the times or felt fit to refurbish of fit the house to bring it up to modern day standards, in fact it is something of a time capsule.That being said it does offer comfortable spacious accommodation with all the basic requirements and is in such a wonderful position that much can be forgiven, and of course is offered for rent at far below theprice of any other 4 bedroomed villa in such a wonderful location.
The spacious living/dining room has an open fireplace and patio doors leadingout onto a large terrace and garden which is full of palm trees and other tropicalplants. There is satellite t.v. with the free to view channels,a video playerwith a small collection of videos and a music centre with a collection of c.d's.

The kitchen is fitted with all the necessary equipment such as a full cooker, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and a good selection of pots and pans etc.
There are four twin bedrooms, all with ample built in storage space, and one with a full ensuite bathroom. There is a further full family bathroom and a separate w.c. In additon a cot is available. Whilst there is no air conditioning the villa is light and airey with marble floors and ceiling fans throughout so it stays fairly cool even in the heat of the summer.
Outside is a good sized covered verandah with plenty of patio furniture and a secluded walled garden. A gate in the wall leads onto a shingle path which takes you down to a quite delightful bay with a lovely sandy beach, this is not directly accessible from the road so is generally quite quiet.

The international resort of Sotogrande is about 5 minutes away by carand here you will find the pretty marina and a selection of bars and restaurants.The nearest sizeable town is Sabinillas which again is about 5 minutes away by carand this has a very good selection of shops, bars, restuarants, a weeklystreet market and an excellent Sunday boot fair. The Port of Duquesa is also close by and again has a very good choice of bars and restuarants.For golfers Villa Manilva is ideally located for easy access to many of the Costa del Sol's best golf courses.
In short this holiday villa is an unusual property but it does offer good sizedcomfortable and very reasonably priced accommodation for 8 people in a quite unrivalled location with easy access to many places of interest and both Malaga and Gibraltar airports.Villa Manilva Rates
Low Season Oct. - April( ex. Christmas and Easter) 375.00 pounds.
Mid Season May, June; Sept, Christmas and Easter 450.00 pounds.
High Season July and August 595.00 pounds.
These rates are per villa, not per person, and include all gas,electricity, linen and towels.
A 50 % deposit secures with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Change over day is flexible.
