This 3 bedroomed villa has a large living/dining room with a beautiful beamed ceiling and feature fireplace. The large patio doors afford a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Satellite t.v. a CD player and a DVD Player are installed here.
The beautifully fitted kitchen opens from the living room and whilst being charmingly designed with an Andalucian flair is fitted with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven,fridge/freezer, microwave etc.Patio doors give you direct access from the kitchen to the terrace. There is a washing machine in a separate utility room.

The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite full bathroom. The beautifully maintained swimming pool has steps leading´into it and a dolphin motif on the floor. There are wonderful vistas of the surrounding countryside from the terraces.
Villa Carranquita is is an excellent location as it is just 3 and a half kms. from the charming town of Frigiliana whilst at the same time benefiting from peace and quite and wonderful fresh air, absolutely perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday.

Frigiliana is a very pretty white village with flower bedecked twisty lanes which are a delight to wander around and explore. You will find a good choice of bars and restaurants as well as shops for all your basic needs and local hand crafted items for you to take home as a momento of you holiday in this delightful corner of Spain. A famous local wine is made at Frigiliana and you may sample it straight from the barrel in a lovely olde world cellar.
The beautiful old town of Nerja is within easy driving distance with its lovely beach and fascinating caves. Granada too is only about 2 hours away and is a wonderful city for a day out with its charming old quarter and exquisite Alhambra Palace.
