There is a good sized comfortable living room with a feature wood burning fireplace for the colder months.Satellite t.v with a multi channel package is installed here along with a video player and radio. The Kitchen is well fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and oven,microwave,coffee maker, toaster and kettle etc.A dining area is set just off the kitchen. The four bedrooms are all located upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and 2 twin bedrooms one of which is also ensuite.Two of the bathrooms have recently been refurbished and all bed rooms offer good sized comfortable accommodation.
Overall, the villa is very comfortable and has plenty of space. It is in a quiet area, is private and does have plenty of good spots to relax in. Both the master bedroom and the twin room next to it have access to a fabulous terrace with terrific sea views. In the well-kept private garden you will find a proper brick-built BBQ plus the recently modernized swimming pool (which is cleaned on a weekly basis in summer). Even the grape vines yield a good harvest - help yourself! So, if you are looking for a comfortable family holiday in a very competitively priced private villa, then you cannot go wrong with this fabulous house.
Villa Magna is about a five-minute drive from the town of Estepona and the up and coming area of Sabanillas. It is in a popular district known as Buenas Noches. This is an established area mainly made up of good sized villas on private plots. As you enter Buenas Noches, you go up a small hill for about 30 metres. This gives the villa a good elevation away from the road and provides uninterrupted sea views.The sea is only about 500 metres away and is reached by crossing the pedestrian footbridge.
Estepona and the Costa del Sol. The beautiful clean town of Estepona is just 5 minutes away by car. In recent years much has been done to make the town more attractive for holiday makers and residents alike. There is a lovely paseo maritimo,(promanade) all the way along the front, the beach is clean and safe and the whole town has decked out with flowers at anytime of the year. In spite of all the improvements and modernization Estepona manages to retain much of its olde world fishing village charm with its cobbled backstreets and pretty plazas.The shopping is good and there is an excellent market every Wednesday. Places of interest in the area include, Selwo Wildlife Park, the historic Rock of Gibraltar,Estepona Port with its good choice of bars and restaurants,plus the lovely white villages such as Casares and Gaucin. Of course for the golfer you are spoilt for choice as there are many first class golf courses in the area.
