The villa has a large rustic style living room with beamed ceilings, wood panelling and feature fireplace. It is equipped with satellite t.v. and a DVD player. The large farmhouse kitchen has a ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, fridge and microwave along with a full complement of pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc. There is seating for 8 at the pine dining table. A freezer is located in the bar. Also downstairs the villa has a bar with French windows that open out onto a patio and a full bathroom with a separate shower cubicle.Upstairs are the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a full ensuite bathroom. In additon there are 2 twin rooms and one with a set of bunk beds there is also a w.c. with hand basin.

The 7.5x 5 m. swimming pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace and is set against a wonderful mountain back drop. There is a purpose built BBQ and a large brick and ceramic table with plenty of seating for all guests. The pool has built in steps for easy access and is perfect for young and old alike as it is deep enough for diving but has a shallow end perfect for the litle ones. Sun beds are provided for your comfort. The Finca consists of a total of 30,000 sq. metres over which you are welcome to roam, the kids can even bring a tent and camp out under the clear star studded skies if they wish! In brief Finca Apolinar offers wonderful accommodation for a large party with plenty of space to spread out in and enjoy a relaxing holiday. The accommodation is comfortable but rustic, don't come expecting a big posh fancy villa as this is a homely country property quite unique in its own way and priced accordingly. The Finca is located 3kms. up a rough but passable track. A car is required and if you ar hiring one you may wish to consider a 4x4 although this is by no means essential if you drive carefully.
