This luxury 5 bed roomed,air conditioned holiday villa between Estepona and San Pedro on the Costa del Sol has it all. Beautiful swimming pool, private tennis court, lovely tropical gardens, superb elevated position with fabulous sea views along with first class furnishings,fixtures and fittings. The overall size of the villa is 700 sq.m. including 100sq.m. of terraces and it is set in 4,000 sq. m. of land.
The villa benefits from three separate and very comfortable lounges, a reception/bar area, and a dining room, there is satellite t.v. with a selection of English, German, Italian and Polish channels plus a DVD and CD player.

The well equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave coffee percolator and plenty of crockery, glassware and cooking utensils etc. There is also a breakfast area with seating for 6.
Of the five bedrooms four are very large rooms with super king size beds and their own en-suite facilities. They are all sumptuously furnished,one has the bed on a raised dais and another has a feature domed ceiling and patio doors to a balcony. The fifth bed room is a twin room and this too has its own en-suite bathroom. There is an additional guests cloakroom.

The large grounds of this wonderful holiday villa offer peace and seclusion, entry is via remote controlled gates which give you added security and there is parking for up to 5 cars.A palm tree lined drive approaches the villa with the tennis court to one side.
There is a large covered verandah with plenty of comfortable seating and stepsleading down to the heated swimming pool, this has Roman steps for easy access and is a generous size being 10x6m.It is surrounded by a lawned area and the attractive tropical gardens from which there are beautiful views over the golf course and sea.Built into the ground floor terrace is a BBQ.
Villa Miranda is located in the highly sort after and very affluent area of El Paraiso between Estepona and Marbella.The nearest beach is 3kms. away and the pretty coastal town of Estepona about 5kms.There are manyfirst class golf courses in the area and Marbella and the glamorousport of Puerto Banus are also but short distances away.
