This comfortable 1 bed roomed air conditioned apartment is in the ideal location for a perfect holiday on the Costa del Sol.It is situated in the very popular Veramar complex which is right on the beach and just a short distance from Estepona Port.
There is a pleasant living/dining room with patio doors onto the balcony from where you have views of the pool, gardens and the sea. Satellite t.v. with all the free to view English channels is available in the lounge.The apartment is on the ground floor and there is direct access from it to the communal gardens and swimming pool.
The kitchen is well fitted with everything you need for a comfortable holiday including a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster.

You will also find a washing machine, clothes drier, an iron and ironing board.In addition to which there is of course a good supply of pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc.The one bed room has a double bed, and there is also a cot should it be required.There is one full bathroom and a separate w.c.
The apartments are set in well established and very pretty tropical gardens with a beautiful swimming pool. The grounds are fully enclosed so very secure and there is safe parking. From the gardens you have direct access onto the beach. Playa Cristo, which is a blue flag beach and one of the most popular in Estepona, is just a couple of minutes walk away. Here there are 2 beach bars and the waters are shallow and safe for young children.

Walking in the opposite direction will bring you to Estepona Port with all itsīrestaurants, bars and nightlife. A bit further along will take you to the main town with an excellent variety of shops plus of course further bars and restaurants. There is also a beautiful promenade all the way along the first class beach.
A good bus service runs close by to the apartments and this will take you into town or on upto Puerto Banus, the cosmpolitan resort of Marbella and to Malaga and beyond.In fact the bus service in Spain is very good and economical too.
In th opposite direction you can go to la Linea and from there walk across the border into Gibraltar.
In fact you couldnīt be in a better location to enjoy a holiday on the Costa del Sol.
