Villa Almenara is a beautiful holiday villa with 5 bed rooms, 5 bathrooms, part air conditioning and a large pool all set in 5,000 sq. mt of peace and tranquility yet just 2kms. from San Pedro and about 4kms from the beach . A private driveway leads you to a central courtyard with a fountain playing and around which the entire villa is constructed. The large lounge has comfortable seating for up to 12 guests with 2 seating areas, there is a feature open fireplace, satellite t.v. and a DVD player.From here patio doors give access to the rear gardens and terrace.There is also a high speed internet access. A separate dining room has a large solid wood dining suite and again there are doors leading out onto the terrace.Outside there is an additional large covered dining terrace with a purpose built BBQ and plenty of comfortable seating. This area looks out over the swimming pool and is the perfect spot for relaxing out of the mid day sun or on a balmy Mediterranean evening.
The large, well equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher,microwave, coffee machine and a good complement of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware etc.There is an additional utility room that houses a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. Of the five bedrooms the master has a king size double bed with a separate dressing room, a TV and huge en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Then there are 3 twin rooms each with en-suite bathrooms and across a pretty courtyard you will find the fifth bed room. This has a single bed and its own shower room, the villa will therefore sleep a total of nine guests.
The grounds of this immaculate villa extend to some 5,000 sq. meters and from them you have lovey views of the sparkling Mediterranean sea. Much of the gardens are laid to lawn so there is plenty of room for the children to play and the swimming pool is fenced off making it safe for them to roam.In addition there are many tropical plants and the whole of the garden is very private and not overlooked at all. The swimming pool is a very generous 3x15 m. which makes it perfect for swimming lengths, it has roman steps for easy access and a depth ranging from .50m to 1.8 m. so is suitable for all the family.
All of the accommodation is on one level and I believe would be accessible to anyone in a wheelchair. This lovely holiday villa is located in an ideal spot for a peaceful and relaxing holiday on the Costa del Sol as you have the benefit of tranquil surroundings whilst at the same time being just 2kms from the lively Spanish town of San Pedro with its good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and lovely sandy beach. Puerto Banus is also within easy reach as is the charming town of Marbella.Golfers of courseare spoilt for choice with many first class golf courses just a short distance away.
