This fully air conditioned 3 bed roomed detached holiday villa is located on the modern Marie Therese Development in Sabinillas on the Costa del Sol.
It offers spacious, 200 m2 approx, very comfortable holiday accommodation and is fitted,furnished and equipped to a high standard.
The large lounge/dining room has plenty of seating for all and patio doors opening onto the furnished terrace and small private garden. Satellite t.v. is available in the lounge with many free to view UK channels plus German and Spanish ones. There is also a DVD player and an internet connection can be arranged at cost.
Vacation Villa Sabinillas: The Living/Dining Room.
The modern kitchen is a very generous size and boasts all brand-name equipment including an American-style drink and ice dispensing fridge, dishwasher,washing machine, etc.There is also a 4 ring hob, built in oven and microwave plus a good selection of cooking utensils,crockery, glassware etc.
The 3 bed rooms are located on the second floor.The master suite has a double bed, full en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace.The other 2 rooms have twin beds and there is an additional full family bathroom on this floor. A further shower room/W.C. is to be found on the ground floor.
This lovely holiday home also has the benefit of a large roof top solarium equipped with sun beds plus a covered patio area on the ground floor that is furnished for al fresco dining.
Vacation Villa Sabinillas: The Modern well equipped Kitchen and Dining Terrace.
The modern development of Marie Therese boasts 2 swimming pools, a large adult one with a smaller children's one beisde it.They are set in a pleasant grassed area with parasols to protect against the fiercest mid day sun.There is secure off road parking for one car but you could easily holiday here without a car as there are many excellent amenities within walking distance.
The up and coming resort town of Sabinillas is just a short walk away and here you will find a good choice of supermarkets, other shops, bars and restaurants. There is a lovely sandy beach less than 1km. away which has a beautiful promenade along it with many beachside bars and restaurants.
Vacation Villa Sabinillas: The Master en-suite Bedroom and Rooftop Solarium.
Also an easy walk away is Duquesa Port which has a further good choice of restaurants and bars plus the very popular Duquesa Golf Course and another lovely beach.There is a god bus service along the nearby main road going to Estepona and beyond or in the other direction to La Linea from where it is but a short walk into Gibraltar.
So in conclusion then this holiday villa is a very good choice for anyone wanting to holiday with or with out a car at the centre of the Costa del Sol. The accommodation is first rate, the location excellent and the price very reasonable.

A Refundable security deposit of €900 is required on arrival. However this can be taken from your credit card and refunded to the same after your holiday, provided of course that the villa is left as you found it.
