This beautiful recently re-modelled and renovated holiday villa at Puerto Banus offers accommodation of the highest standard in an enviable location just 60m. from the beach and a 10 minute stroll along the paseo maritimo to the famous Puerto Banus Marina.
The fully air conditioned 3 bedroomed accommodation has a spacious, light and airy living room with feature double windows and galleried ceiling.The stylish contemporary furnishings contribute to the relaxed feel of the villa. A flat screen t.v. with free to view satellite channels plus a DVD player,CD player and radio are all installed here.
Large sliding doors lead out onto the covered verandah where you can dine in comfort looking out over the pool and private gardens.Sun awnings are provided here should you wish protection from the fiercest mid-day sun.

The three bedrooms all have full en-suite bathrooms. The two double rooms have king size beds and then there is one twin room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the lounge so Villa Rio Verde can accommodate up to 8 guests,please enquire for full details,and a separate w.c.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor, they are beautifully furnished and have access to a balcony from where there are sea views and further dining facilities for breakfast on the terrace. A spiral stair case takes you to the roof-top solarium with all day sun and more spectacular sea views.
This lovely holiday villa is set in around 800.00 sq. metres of immaculate private grounds, mostly laid to lawn but with a selection of Mediterranean plants. The swimming pool is 5x8 metres with an approximate depth of 1-2 metres. Roman steps give easy access. Sunbeds are provided as is a gas, BBQ.There is secure off road parking.
