Villa Tranquila is a charming holiday cottage with a traditional Andalucian flavour.The three bedroomed accommodation offers a delightful retreat in this little known corner of Spain,Rio de la Miel, although at the same time it is just a 10 minute drive to the wonderful Costa del Sol resort of Nerja.
The cool and airy living/dining room has a feature open fireplace,satellite t.v. a DVD player and patio doors leading on to a covered terrace.
The kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar and is well equipped with a hob and oven,fridge/freezer,microwave, coffee percolator and plenty of pots, pans, crockery,glassware etc. The washing machine is located in a separate utility room.

The sleeping accommodation comprises of 2 double and one twin bedroom and there is one full bathroom and an additional shower room with w.c.
Outside you will not only find the well kept private swimming pool but also a brick built BBQ a poolside shower, sunbeds and a patio set for al fresco dining.

The location of this lovely holiday home means it enjoys the most stunning views down the valley to the coast. As the name implies the villa benefits from all the surrounding peace and tranquillity and the sunsets can be absolutely spectacular.
The Rio de la Miel is a Natural Park and the nearest village to the villa is Maro at 5 and a half kms. This is a sleepy little Spanish village where you will be able to find a couple of bars a mini-market and a beach.
The wonderful resort of Nerja is about 10 minutes away by car and here you will find plenty of interest along with el Balcon de Europa and the world famous caves.There are plenty of good shops, bars, restaurants and beautiful beaches too.
In conclusion then Villa Tranquila is a lovely country retreat for a peaceful holiday whilst at the same time being within easy striking distance of many amenities.
