Villa los Llanos is a very attractive 3 bed roomed country holiday home with full air conditioning, internet access, and large grounds extending to over 3,000 sq.m.
The comfortable living room has two good sized settees, a flat screen t.v. with all the free to view channels and a wood burning stove. There is also an ADSL internet connection here and a DVD player.
The modern fully fitted kitchen opens off from here and this is well equipped with a hob and eye level oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine,microwave, coffee percolator and a dining area that seats six.

The three bedrooms all have their own private en-suite facilities. One double room has a full bath with shower over plus access to the front terrace. The other double bed room has a shower room and access to the gardens. The third bedroom is a twin room with an en-suite shower room and this too has access to one of the terraces. The house is built on split levels with various steps leading to the bedrooms.The gardens of this lovely holiday villa provide a perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. There is plenty of space for the children to play and lots of grassed areas for sunbathing on.There are also lots of different patios and terraces including an outside dining area and a large covered one by the pool that is a perfect shady retreat from the mid-day sun.As the grounds are fully fenced it is ideal if you wish to bring your dog, please ask first though, thanks.

The plunge pool, 3x5 m with an overall depth of 1.8m provides a wonderful place to cool off.A charcoal BBQ, sunbeds and recliner chairs are all provided for your added enjoyment.
Villa los Llanos is located in the los Llanos area of Estepona with the centre of the town and the beach being around 2kms. away.
Estepona is a charming sea side town with many good shops, bars and restaurants plus a lovely long promenade running all the way along the clean, sandy beach.

Other places of interest which can easily be visited from the villa are Gibraltar,the famous resort of Marbella , and the rich man's playground of Puerto Banus.Or you could take a drive up into the hills and explore some of the lovely white villages such as Casares or Gaucin .In addition of course there are many first class golf courses within easy reach.
