In addition to the villas there is a wonderful marina with around 550 moorings, unspoilt clean and sandy beaches plus first class restaurants and bars and leisure centres. Sotogrande and Valderamma Golf courses are on the doorstep, both of which offer first class facilities and which regularly feature in Europe´s top 10 courses, the later of course being host to the Volvo Masters.Also nearby is the Santa Maria Polo Club which hosts many matches throughout the year due to the wonderful Andalucain climate.
A lesser known attraction in Sotogrande is the 27 hectare nature reserve situated on the western side of the Guadiaro estuary. It is home to many species of marshland and sea birds and with its wooden walkways is a pleasant place for a stroll.
Situated right on the western end of the Costa del Sol the natural surroundings and sheer comfort and ease incorporated into all of the facilities make Sotogrande an exceptional place.
