This beautiful 2 bedroomed apartment is perfectly located just a 15 minute walk from the centre of the Sierra Nevada ski resort and right next to the ski lifts so you will be able to make the most of your skiing/snowboarding holiday here.
It was completed in 2008 and is modern and furnished to a very high standard and as well as offering first class accommodation also has the benefit of spectacular views over the town and mountains.
The open plan living area comprises of comfortable seating, a stylish round dining table with seating for six and a compact fully fitted kitchen area providing a hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a good selection of crockery, cutlery, saucepans and glassware.
The large picture windows give fantastic views over the resort and ski slopes and the sunsets over the mountains from here are quite magical.

There is a flat screen terrestrial t.v.and the apartment is heated with very effective underfloor heating which keeps it warm and comfortable in the coldest of weather.
The sleeping accommodation is comprised as follows, there is one double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom plus a second bedroom with 3 single beds.In addition the lounge has a large and comfortable sofa bed which is easily converted at the end of the day and so the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests
There is a second family bathroom, both bathrooms are fully tiled and have a full bath with shower over, sink, toilet and bidet.
The apartment also has the all important benefit of secure underground parking with a nearby lift taking you directly to its entrance, with parking being at a premium in the Sierra Nevada Resort this is a great plus.An additional extra is a convenient lock up to store your skiing equipment in.
There is a WiFi internet connection in the reception area, a password will be supplied on arrival if required.

Sierra Nevada and GranadaThe Ski Resort of the Sierra Nevada has been purpose built to provide an excellent base from which to enjoy all manner of sports in the surrounding mountains.Here you can buy your ski passes and access a variety of different ski lifts to the various ski stations throughout the mountains.Our on site representatives will be happy to organize passes, lessons and equipment hire etc.for you if required, just let us know and everything can be arranged for your arrival. The modern apartment block of Monte Oiz 2, where this apartment is found is located up the hill, a very pleasant 10 minute walk away from its main plaza.
The resort is well endowed with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants,equipment hire shops etc. so when not skiing or snow boarding there is plenty to keep you occupied. You can either get to the town via the winding road, the various stairways or by the easier option of the nearby ski lift.The slightly elevated position of this ski apartment gives it the advantage of the most marvellous views over the town and mountains and the benefit of being able to enjoy spectacular sun sets.

The historic and beautiful City of Granada is a short drive away and here you can visit thefamous Alhambra Palace or enjoy exploring the old part of the city with its interesting shops and delightful bars and restaurants.
