This large 3 bed roomed seafront apartment is in an excellent location for a holiday on the Costa del Sol. Being just 3 kms west of the lovely side town of Estepona and set in the attractive and popular Arroyo Vaquero area it offers comfortable accommodation for up to 7 guests.
The large living/dining room has plenty of comfortable seating, an open fire place, a t.v. and DVD player. There is direct access from here through large patio doors to the spacious terrace which has a full patio dining set, a charcoal BBQ and of course the superb views of the nearby clean beach and sea.

The modern,well equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances to make you holiday here a comfortable one including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer,fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven,coffee machine,microwave and a good selection of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware etc.

The nearby beach of this front line apartment is clean and safe for swimming, no sharp rocks to catch you unawares. There is a very good inexpensive beach bar/ restaurant (cheringuito) about 100 metres away which is open for nine months of the year. There is also a beach side communal pool for guests use and plenty of road side parking.Whilst a car is an advantage there is an hourly bus service to and from Estepona so it is not absolutely necessary.

The pretty town of Estepona has an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants.Along with many flower bedecked plazas and cobbled streets there is also a lovely long promenade liberally supplied with beach bars, flower beds and seating areas.The town also benefits from a recreational marina where again there are many bars and restaurants and which is also the centre for much of the towns' nightlife.
Other places of interest in the area include Selwo Wildlife Park, or you could visit the historic Rock of Gibraltar, and the pretty outlying "pueblos blancos" such as Casares and Gaucin. For golfers of course there are numerous first rate golf courses within easy reach.
