Villa Playa is located in the quiet and well established residential area of Cortijo Blanco at San Pedro on the western Costa del Sol. It is in a fantastic location, just 75 m from a beautiful beach, and offers 5 bedroomed, 4 bathroomed, fully air conditioned holiday accommodation of a high standard.

The spacious living/dining room has plenty of comfortable seating, an open fire place and a t.v. with channels in a variety of languages including, English, Spanish,German, French, Italian and Polish. There is also a DVD player, video player, music centre and an ADSL internet connection.

The fully fitted kitchen provides all the appliances necessary to make you holiday at Villa Playa a comfortable one. Including a dishwasher, washing machine,hob and oven, fridge/freezer,microwave and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc.

There are two en-suite bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has two twins. Then there are 2 further double bedrooms and another twin room plus two additional family bathrooms.

There are plenty of sun loungers for relaxing and grassed areas for the children to play on as well as a large terrace area.

The swimming pool is a centre piece of the gardens and is a good size at 5x8m. It is completely fenced off thus making this holiday villa especially suitable for anyone with young children.

Villa Playa, as its name implies, is just a short distance form a lovely sandy beach. The Paseo Maritimo, promenade, begins here and you can stroll along it to San Pedro stopping for a drink at one of the beach side bars, the whole area is beautifully landscaped with attractive garden areas.

Also close to the villa is the Cortijo Blanco Hotel which has a good restaurant and bar, in fact there are a number of different bars and restaurants in the locality although the road on which Villa Playa is situated, being a cul-de-sac, is very peaceful.

San Pedro itself is a lively town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.From Cortijo Blanco it is alsoa short trip to Puerto Banus or Marbella and in the opposite direction you have the attractive town of Estepona, then a bit further down the coast you can visit Gibraltar. For the golfer of course there are many excellent golf courses in the area to pick from.
