This beautiful 3 bedroomed family villa makes ideal holiday accommodation for all.It is set in its own private garden with a swimming pool on the peaceful residential estate of Hacienda Guadalupe which is close to both the up and coming Costa del Sol resort of Sabinillas and the pretty and ever popular Marina Duquesa.
The accommodation comprises of a good sized living/dining room comfortably furnished, this is split into 2 separate seating areas one with patio doors giving onto the garden and one equipped with a flat screened t.v. with satellite reception. There is also a DVD player and music centre.
Although not air conditioned there are electric fans in all the rooms and a portable a/c unit should you require it. For winter time there is a cosy wood burning stove, underfloor heating in the master bedroom and both bathrooms and eco friendly radiators in all other rooms.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven,gas hob,dishwasher,microwave,kettle,toaster etc. plus all the cutlery, crockery & glassware you will need for your stay.
Of the three bedrooms 2 are double rooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace, and one is a twin room. A cot is also available if required.There is in addition a further family bathroom.
The charming garden faces south and has good views of the Mediterranean coastline. It is planted with tropical plants and also has grassed areas and plenty of garden furniture for relaxing on.In addition there is a lovely summer room with a cane suite and a large day bed which would actually be perfect for sleeping on on a sultry summer night.

The good sized pool is well maintained and has Roman steps for easy access.Sunbeds are provided on the poolside terrace and there is also a purpose built BBQ.
Sabinillas and the Costa del Sol.
Sabinillas on the western Costa del Sol has recently been transformed from a rather scruffy fishing village to an extremely pleasant seaside resort. There is a lovely wide promenade all along the seafront with a good selection of bars and restaurants. The beach is clean and safe and well kept.The town has a good selection of shops and plenty of other bars and restaurants.It is just a few minutes away by car from the villa.

A little bit closer is the picturesque Port of Duquesa which has long been a popular destination for holiday makers.Here you have a further selection of restaurants offering all manner of international cuisine plus a good variety of bars and nightlife.
The golfer of course is spoilt for choice with the nearestfirst class golf course being right on your doorstep at Duquesa Golf but there are of course many other excellent ones within very easy reach.
