Villa Vaquero is a lovely 3 bed roomed holiday villa built in a traditional Spanish style and located in the quiet urbanisation of Arroyo Vaquero just 30 metres from a sandy beach.
The large living/dining room has plenty of seating for all, an open fireplace, a t.v. with Spanish terrestrial channels and a DVD player.
An arched serving hatch opens onto the well equipped kitchen which is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, fridge/freezer,microwave, coffee machine and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and glassware etc.

There are 3 comfortable bed rooms. The master suite has a set of twin beds which can also be joined together to make a double bed if required, please specify when booking,and a full en-suite bathroom. Of the other 2 bed rooms one has 3 single beds and the other a set of twin beds so the villa can in fact accommodate up to seven guests.
In addition there is a second full bathroom.
The villa stands in its own private gardens with a good sized swimming pool, 4.9 x 9 m with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 2 metres.Outside you will also find a charcoal BBQ, sun loungers and a patio area immediately outside the villa with a dining set.

Arroyo Vaquero is a well established quiet residential area comprising of large, individual villas about 4 kms. to the west of the very attractive seaside town of Estepona. Here you will be able to enjoy a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
There is a clean sandy beach just 30m. from the villa and here you will find a beach bar,(chiringuito) which is ideal for an evening drink or somewhere to relax during the day. It is possible to walk along the beach to Estepona in around 40 minutes.
Other places of interest in the area include the historic Rock of Gibraltar, the lovely "pueblo blanco" of Casares and Selwo Wildlife Park.There are of course many first class golf courses in the area.
