Villa Lujo, which means luxury, has the winning combination of outstanding quality accommodation and perfect location to make this a holiday villa par excellence.
This 4 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed fully air conditioned villa has a large bright and airy living room with a split level dining area.All of the furnishings are of the highest quality with soft leather sofas and chairs.There is a wall mounted plasma t.v. with free to view satellite, plus a music system, and DVD player. From the dining area there are patio doors leading to the large sun terrace and beautiful swimming pool which is a very generous size at 6x10m with the depth ranging from .50 to 2 m. During colder months this can be heated if required for a supplementary charge.

The ultra modern kitchen is a joy to spend time in with a centre work station and all of the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, a new Aga range-master which is half electric and half gas, American fridge/freezer, microwave and even an additional wall mounted plasma TV.Of the 4 bedrooms one has a super king size bed,2 have king sized beds and on is a twin room. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities in addition to which there is a further family bathroom and a separate cloakroom. Three of the bedrooms also have plasma TVs.

Around the pool plenty of sun loungers are provided as well as parasols and a hammock. Also outside there is a BBQ and dining suite for enjoying the ever popular pastime of al fresco dining. To the front of the villa there is ample parking for 2-3 cars.
In conclusion then Villa Lujo is, as its name implies, a villa of the highest standards and facilities that will not disappoint even the most discerning of travellers.
Puerto Banus and the Costa del Sol.
The location of this holiday villa is its other big attraction as it is situated on an idyllic, private, residential road which leads directly to the beach and Paseo Maritimo, around 100m away. There is an excellent chiringuito( beach bar) at the end of this road and a 10 minute stroll along the promenade will bring you to the centre of Puerto Banus.

The cosmopolitan resort of Marbella is also close to hand or in the opposite direction you have the lively Spanish resort of San Pedro. In fact all along this stretch of the Costa del Sol you are spoilt for choice of quality, shops, bars and restaurants and the golfer of course is exceptionally well catered for with a whole host of excellent golf courses within easy reach.
