Villa Carmen is a first class 3 bedroomed (sleeps 7) holiday a villa in an excellenta location just below the bull ring at Puerto Banus/Nueva Andalucia.
The good quality accommodation is all located on the ground floor and comprises of a large lounge with flat screen t.v that receives both British and German satellite channels. There is also a DVD and CD player here. The indoor dining area is off the lounge and they both have sliding doors leading out onto the patios, gardens and private swimming pool.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with a hoband oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer,eye level microwave,double sink, coffee percolator and a good selection of pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc.

The 3 bed rooms are all provided with twin beds which can be zipped together to form king size double beds if required, (please specify requirements on booking.)One of he bedrooms also has a 3rd. single bed so the villa can in fact accommodate 7 guests. The master bed room has a full en-suite bathroom and there is also a 2nd. full family bathroom.The colourful private gardens of this lovely villa are well maintained and from them you can enjoy lovely views of the distant mountains. There is a covered verandah with a patio dining set as well as a gazebo with a further dining set.Padded sun loungers are provided by the pool, this has Roman steps leading into it for easy access and of course there is also a BBQ.
Villa Carmen has a security alarm system for your added peace of mind and there is a private garage (so no parking problems!)

Puerto Banus and the Costa del Sol.This beautiful holiday villa is the perfect place to stay for a memorable holiday on the Costa del Sol as it is close to many superb attractions. The famous resort of Puerto Banus is just a short walk of 10 minutes away and here you can enjoy wonderful bars and restuarants, first class shopping and clean, sandy beaches.The Marina itself is a great diversion stocked as it is with the yachts of the rich and fmous, you why not charter a boat yourself for some sea fishing or take a trip to see the dolphins.
The cosmopolitan resort of Marbella is just 8 kms. away with its beautiful old quarter, lovely beaches and more excellent shops, bars and restaurants.

So if by chance you get fed up of lounging around the swimming pool!! there are plenty of other things to see and do and the golfer of course is spoilt for choice with many first class golf courses on your doorstep.
