This spacious 3 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed holiday apartment is in the perfect location for a holiday at Puerto Banus on the Costa del Sol. It is located in the popular Playa del Duque development with its lush tropical gardens, 3 swimming pools and direct access on to the "paseo maritimo" and beach. In fact it has it all.
The fully air conditioned accommodation comprises of a large living/dining room with patio doors leading to a very generous furnished balcony with beautiful views over the gardens to the sea.There is a t.v in the lounge which provides channels in a selection of languages, including, English,German, Spanish and French. There is also a CD/DVD player which pipes music throughout the whole apartment.

The kitchen is modern and very well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge/freezer, hob and oven,tumble dryer,microwave and all the necessary pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc.There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a super king size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a full en-suite bathroom whilst the third bedroom has twin beds.
There is also a a further family bathroom.

Playa del Duque at Puerto Banus is a large park like development with beautiful gardens planted out with a host of tropical trees and shrubs. Fountains, steams and bridges make it a delightful place to sit or stroll in and sun loungers are provided all around the grounds. In addition there are 3 large swimming pools, one of which has a restaurant/bar beside it.Guests also have the convenience of direct access on to the "paseo maritimo" where you can take a pleasant walk along the sea front. An alternative exit takes you directly into the centre of Puerto Banus´s exclusive shopping area with its famous array of designer and other exotic shops.

The apartment comes with secure underground parking with a lift taking you to the 4th. floor where it is located.In addition to Puerto Banus visitors here also have easy access to the cosmopolitan resort of Marbella with its beautiful golden beaches, lovely "old town," and a further first class selection of shops, bars and restaurants.In fact all along this stretch of the Costa del Sol there is much to see and do.
