This lovely air conditioned, 6 bed roomed holiday villa is located in a perfect spot for a superb holiday on the Costa del Sol being just a few meters from the Golden Mile Beach of Marbella and an easy five minute walk along the beach to the famous Puerto Banus.
The large, comfortably furnished living room has plenty of seating for all and is equipped with satellite t.v. with the free to view channels plus a DVD player. Arches lead through to the separate dining area, with its own purpose built bar, which in turn opens onto a covered patio area with further dining facilities.

The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, fridge/freezer,microwave,coffee machine, breakfast table and chairs and all the necessary pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc.Also on the ground floor are 2 bed rooms, one with a king size bed the other with twin beds, a full family bathroom and a separate w.c.
The master en-suite bedroom with king size bed and full bathroom including a jacuzzi bath and his and hers hand basins is located on the second floor along with 3 further double bed rooms and the third full bathroom. In addition there is access from this level to a large terrace as well as stairs leading up to the roof top solarium.

The private gardens of this delightful holiday villa are not overlooked at all and offer various patio and lawned areas to relax in, some of which are covered and some in full sun.There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and sun beds.There is a purpose built stone BBQ as well of course as the beautifully maintained swimming pool, 4x6m with an overall depth of 1.8m, which has Roman steps for easy access.
This large and spacious holiday home is very comfortably furnished with good quality, although perhaps slightly old fashioned, furniture and offers perfect holiday accommodation in one of the most sort after resorts in Europe at a very reasonable price.

There is secure off road parking for 2 vehicles although due to its proximity to all amenities one could easily stay at this villa without the need for a car.
The fashionable Marina of Puerto Banus is just a short walk away, and here you will find many first class shops,bars and restaurants. The famous Victor's Beach restaurant is just a 20 minute walk away as is the Puente Romano Hotel. The villa itself is situated on a quiet, private, residential road that leads directly to the beach and the Paseo Maritimo (promenade) - only 75 meters away and here you will find a very good chiringuito (beach bar) specializing in sea food.From here it is just a 10 minute walk to the delightful Marbella old town centre.
In conclusion then this large, light and airy holiday villa has much to recommend it being as it is in a fantastic location at a price that is hard to beat.
