This delightful 3 bed roomed, air conditioned villa is set in the hills of Valle Romano on the western side of Estepona.It is a charming rustic style property with beamed ceilings and a traditional wooden balcony overlooking the pool.
The large lounge is beautifully furnished with a very comfortable 3 piece suite.It has a feature fireplace, satellite t.v. a DVD player and music centre.The dining area has seating for 8.
The modern kitchen is of generous dimensions and is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer,electric kettle and toaster and a plentiful supply of pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc.

There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin room in addition to which there is a dressing room which can sleep 2 children, so the villa can in fact accommodate up to 8 guests. A cot can also be supplied. There is one en-suite bathroom plus an additional family bathroom.
Casa Montana is set in its own private gardens with plenty of areas in either full sun, or the shade of the palm trees, for relaxing in. It has a south facing balcony and enjoys some beautiful views.
The private swimming pool has a paved sun patio around it which is supplied with sun beds. Next to the pool is a covered verandah with an out door dining area, bar and fridge. There is also a BBQ.

The lovely seaside town of with Estepona is just a few minutes away by car. Here you will find a first class selection of shops,bars and restaurants. There is also a lovely, flower bedecked promenade all the way along the sea front. It is a beautiful place for a stroll with its pavement cafes and children“s play areas.
Gibraltar is just 20 minutes away and is a very good day out with its caves, apes and tax free shopping.
Going inland there is much to see and explore with some lovely unspoilt countryside and pretty with white villages.
If you are visiting the Costa del Sol on a golfing holiday then this villa is in a perfect location as there are many first class with golf courses in the close by.
