The large living/dining room benefits from air conditioning, satellite t.v and patio doors leading to the furnished balcony where you can dine whilst enjoying the spectacular sea views.

Both of the bedrooms are air conditioned and have full ensuite bathrooms. The master suite has a king size double bed and a t.v with DVD player and patio doors to a second terrace where you can once more enjoy the uninterrupted sea views.

The lovely seaside town of Estepona is just a short stroll away along the pretty promenade.Originally a fishing village it has adapted well to tourism and is now a beautiful flower bedecked town with pretty plazas, cobbled back streets and a host of pavement cafés whilst still managing to retain its original Spanish flavour.
