This superb vacation villa benefits from full air conditioning, a good sized heated swimming pool,two living rooms and a basement area with a table tennis table and secure parking.

The main lounge is very comfortably furnished with plenty of seating and large patio doors opening onto the spacious furnished terrace. The second sitting room is also very well appointed and houses the television with a surround sound system.It provides all the free to view satellite channels plus local terrestrial t.v The villa also has a DVD player, video recorder and music centre.

Four of them have king sized beds whilst the fifth has twin beds.The master bed room has access to a wonderful large terrace which is well furnished and provides superb views over the adjacent Las Brisas Golf Course. In addition to the 5 en-suite bathrooms, 3 of which have full baths with showers and 2 of which have shower cubicles, there is a separate guests cloakroom.

The villa is well located for a peaceful and relaxing holiday on the Costa del Sol situated as it is on a very quiet, private road near to the "El Picadero" restaurant but at the same time being within easy reach of many of this areas' first class amenities.

The famous marina of Puerto Banus is around 10 minutes away by car and also within easy reach is the beautiful seaside town of Marbella with its good shopping, bars, restaurants and lovely clean, sandy beaches.

Apart from having las Brisas golf course on your doorstep it goes without saying that you also have many other first class golf courses within easy reach.

All prices are in euros and are per villa, per week. They are fully inclusive of electricity, linen, towels and a weekly clean.
