The upper level consists of a lounge with a log fire,SKY t.v.a DVD player,Philips sound system, a Fujitsu air conditioning unit and comfortable seating. There are patio doors leading to large balcony with flowers and plants, wrought iron table and 6 wrought iron chairs. From here you can enjoy the stunning views of the Mijas Mountains.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine,fridge/freezer, hob and oven,ice maker, microwave and and all the cooking utensils,crockery, glassware etc. that you will need to make your holiday here a comfortable one.The air conditioned master bed room has a queen size bed, full en-suite bathroom with separate walk in shower and sliding patio doors onto the balcony.
Also on this level there is a dining table to seat 6, a utility room and an attractive inner patio in Moorish style.

The lower level has a lounge/dining room with a beautiful antique French dining table that seats 8. Here you also have SKY t.v. on a separate system,a video player and radio.In addition there is comfortable seating and large sliding patio doors leading to pretty terraces and lovely views.A second fully fitted kitchen is found here with the same appliances and equipment as in the upper kitchen.
The other 2 bed rooms are on the bottom level, one being a double with balcony from where you can enjoy the fabulous views,and the other is a twin room which also houses 2 folding beds which may be sited where desired.
There is a further full bathroom and an additional cloakroom with w.c. and hand basin.

The grounds of this lovely holiday villa offer various different patio areas for dining and relaxing, some in sun and some in shade.The beautiful swimming pool is a good size at 8.x 4 m.with curved steps for easy access.There is also a table tennis table on one of the outside patios and a BBQ.Casa Katrina is well located to enjoy many of the superb amenities on this part of the Costa del Sol.The very popular and vibrant seaside town of Fuengirola is just 3kms away and here you will not only find a lovely beach but also an excellent variety of shops,bars and restaurants.

However just 1km. away from the villa are the Cerros del Aguila Community facilities which include a large swimming pool and an excellent bar and restaurant where, in the summer months, they have a weekly Flamenco Show and other entertainment. In this area there is also a Tennis Court that you may book. It goes without saying that there are many first class golf courses within easy reach, or how about an evening out at Mijas Races?The owners of Casa Katrin thoughtfully supply much information on many attractions and facilities in the area.

The rates shown for June 9th - 23rd and all of September are for 4 persons sharing. Extra persons at 150.00 pounds per week with a maximum of 6 guests at this time of year.
The rates for July and August are based on up to 8 guests.
A Cot & High Chair can be provided.
