The apartment itself is air-conditioned, modern and well equipped.The living/dining room has sliding patio doors onto the large terrace which overlooks both the pools and the sea. There is satellite t.v. and a DVD player in the lounge. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob and oven,microwave,dishwasher,fridge/freezer,coffee maker and all the pots, pans, glassware etc. to make your holiday at Marina Duquesa very comfortable. The delightful Marina Duqesa complex has 2 lovely large swimming pools, one of which is heated, set in a grassy area with plenty of room for sunbathing, sunbeds and umbrellas are provided. From here there is gated access on to the promanade and from there straight onto the beach. Secure undergound parking is provided with a lift direct from the car park to the apartments. There are automatic lights in all of the hallways and 24 hour security.
