Villa Mona is a luxury 5 bed roomed villa par excellence situated in the prestigeous las Chapas Beach area of Marbella on the Costa del Sol.It is built over 2 stories and is detached, standing as it does in its own private gardens.It has the distinction of being one of James Villa Holidays specially recommended villas.
It offers superb, air conditioned, holiday accommodation with a large and very comfortably furnished living/dining room which has patio doors out onto the lovely gardens and pool area..Satellite t.v. and a DVD player are installed here.

The kitchen is of course extremely well fitted and equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer etc. It also has patio doors out onto its own terrace.
There are a total of 5 bed rooms, all of which are decorated and furnished to the highest standards.Three of them are located on the first floor 2 of which are doubles and one a twin.One of the double rooms has and en-suite shower room and a balcony. There is also a further shower room on this floor.
On the second floor are 2 additional twin rooms one with a full en-suite bathroom and one with an en-suite shower room. Another shower room with w.c. and hand basin is located on the groud floor.
A large covered veranda overlooks the beautifully maintained gardens and large swimming pool,8x4m. There is a BBQ and a poolside shower and wonderful sea views, particularly from the top terrace.

The cosmopolitan resort of Marbella is just 3 kms. away and with itsībeautiful old town along with itsīmore modern and very tastefully developed newer areas is sure to have something to suit all tastes. There is of course an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants along with a beautiful sea front and long promenade.
Other places on the Costa del Sol within easy reach of this first class holiday villa are Puerto Banus, the aqua park at Mijas, the lovely hill town of Benahavis with all its famous restaurants, the beautiful town of Estepona, and the historic Rock of Gibraltar, to name but a few.
