Villa Elite is a luxury holiday villa par excellencewith 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms all set in its own grounds in the prestigeous el Rosario area of Marbella on the Costa del Sol. Neither words nor photos can really do justice to this fabulous property that has been designed to a very high specification and the large beautifully presented rooms reflect this. It is true Marbella style at its´best with top standard fittings and furnishings throughout, many excellent and unusual design features and the added advantage of wonderful grounds with a large heated private, pool plus BBQ and summer house.

The house is built over three floors and has bedrooms to sleep eight people in total comfort. As a bonus, there is a separate self contained studio apartment (again which is very well presented) located to the rear of the garden which will sleep an additional two people, or a nanny. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, plus various bathrooms, the lounge leads off from the entrance hall and the elegant dining room is also located here.

The lower level of the house provides children with plenty to do – from one wall being made into a low level blackboard to the main area having a huge wall mounted flat screen television with a games consul (and a selection of games) and various children’s television channels.All of the free to view satellite channels are available, there is also a DVD plater, CD and radio and a high speed wireless internet connection.In addition there is a table tennis table, a pool table and a children´s play area with slide and swing.

As would be expected the ultra modern kitchen is extremely well fitted and equipped. It has a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer,large fridge/freezer, central work station with sky light over for extra light and large picture windows overlooking the garden.

The magnificent gardens of 1,500 sq.m. are designed to give a tropical feel and are extremely well maintained as is the large pool, 9x5 metres, this is fenced for security for young children and has a walk in shallow end which is also well suited to young children.Also in the garden is a delightful purpose built BBQ and summer house which has seating for 12 at the dining table. Plenty of sun loungers and relaxer chairs are also supplied.

In short then this magnificent villa offers truly luxury holiday accommodation in a private and secure location and is sure to satisfy even the most discerning holidaymaker.

El Rosario and Marbella.This wonderful villa is located in El Rosario,Marbella just a short drive away from this cosmopolitan resort and Puerto Banus.

The villa is on a private gated road, just behind the entrance to the Los Granados tennis club. El Rosario is a short distance away from other popular urbanizations, such as Las Chapas. This part of the Costa del Sol provides some of the best clean sandy beaches that the area has to offer.

There are four or five good restaurants located about 200 meters away from the villa and a Supermarket for groceries. From here you can cross the main road (via a foot bridge) and you will find many other restaurants (including the popular Fusion bar). From here it is a walk of approximately 15 minute to the beach. The nearby tennis club offers three tennis courts and two padel courts.

All prices are in euros and are per villa, per week. They are fully inclusive of electricity,linen, towels and a weekly maid service.
