Villa Casablanca is an amazing 4 bed roomed luxury villa at Nueva Andalucia, close to Puerto Banus on the Costa del Sol.
This incredible air conditioned holiday villa is fitted and furnished in an ultra modern style and offers opulent and luxurious surroundings for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating holiday on the Costa del Sol.
The living room is most stylishly furnished with a predominance of red, white and black furnishings, at one end of the room is a circular bar with a feature glass block wall to maximize the feeling of light and space.A flat screen t.v. with satellite channels is fitted into the wall above the fireplace, there is also a DVD and CD player. Large patio doors lead out onto the covered verandah and stairs lead up to the dining area where the black,red and white decor is continued in the elegant dining suite.

The beautifully appointed kitchen is fitted with high quality red units with chrome detail.A dishwasher, washing machine,hob and oven,large fridge/freezer, microwave,tumble dryer and a good selection of pots, pans, crockery and glassware are all provided.Of the 4 bed rooms 2 have double beds and two have twin beds. One of the double bed rooms, with a full en-suite bathroom and balcony, is located on the first floor, there are 2 twin rooms and a shower room on the second floor, and on the third floor is the 2nd. double room with an en-suite shower room. All 4 bed rooms have their own televisions.
There is an additional w.c with hand basin on the ground floor.
This detached, split level villa is set in its own private grounds with a lawned area, BBQ, covered verandah and of course a wonderful pool, 8x4m. in size as well as a pool side shower and a hot tub.
