Villa Maria is a luxurious 5 bedroomed holiday villa which is very well located in the well established Don Pedro area of Estepona, being about 600 metres from the beach and just 2 kms. from this lovely seaside town. The impressive entrance hall leads into the large comfortable lounge which is furnished with leather settees, an open fireplace, satellite t.v. and patio doors leading out onto the garden. To one side of this room is an unusual feature, a multi-cinema room where there is a large flat screen TV with a surround sound system.Also leading off the hallway is a large dining room which can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.
The spacious kitchen is beautifully fitted with solid wood units, a feature beamed ceiling and an additional dining area. It has all the amenities you would expect in a holiday villa of this standard including a hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.The five large and very well appointed bed rooms are all located on the second floor. Three of the bedrooms are kingsize, there is one super kingsize room and one twin room,they all have en-suite bathroom facilities.A cot and high chair are also available at no additional cost. An additional bonus to this magnificent holiday villa is the basement area where there is a bar/bodega, a pool table and a table tennis table.
Villa Maria is set in 1,400sq.m. of land with a beautiful swimming pool of generous dimensions, 6x10 meters, this can be heated if required (supplement applies please see below.)It is surrounded in part by a paved patio and in in part by lawns and plenty of sun loungers and relaxer chairs are provided for your comfort and enjoyment. There are many attractive Mediterranean plants throughout the gardens, a purpose built BBQ and dining area, terraces and wonderful sea views.In short Villa Maria offers holiday accommodation of the highest standard with many unusual and interesting features.It is in an ideal location for a holiday on the western Cosda del Sol, being just a short distance from the beach and only a couple of minutes by car to the lovely town of Estepona.
Estepona and the Western Costa del Sol.The lovely seaside town of Estepona is just a few minutes away by car.Once a sleepy fishing village it now boasts many first class, shops,bars and restaurants whilst at the same time managing to retain much of it’s old worlde charm in the delightful cobbled back streets. There is also an excellent beach with a lovely promenade all along the frontrunning for 2.6 kms. The western end of the Costa del Sol has much to offer visitors with Selwo Wilflife Park, The Rock of Gibraltar, Marbella and Puerto Banus. Travelling inland you can visit some of the delightful White Villages such as Casares and Gaucin. For the golfer of course there is a superb selection of first class Golf Courses within easy reach.
