Villa Majestad is a luxurious air conditioned holiday villa located on the prestigious Parriso Barronal development between San Pedro and Estepona.It is in the enviable position of being just 300m. from a beautiful beach as well as having its own private grounds and large swimming pool.

The spacious accommodation conists of a large, comfortably furnished living room with patio doors giving access to the terrace and gardens. Satellite t.v. with a multi-channel package is provided here along with a DVD player, radio and video recorder. There are in fact a total of 5 t.v.s in the villa.

There is also a good sized dining room with vaulted beamed ceiling which also has patio doors to the gardens.

The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessary appliances including a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer,American stylefridge/freezer,microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc. Leading off from the kitchen is a purpose built BBQ and outdoor dining area with a gas BBQ and seating for around 20 people.

The master bed room suite boasts a king size double bed and 2 en-suite bathrooms, his and hers, both with a spa bath and separate shower cubicle. The second double bed room has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. bed room number 3 has a double bed and en-suite facilities, bed room 4 is a twin en-suite room, bed room 5 is another double room The 6th bed room is located in a separate apartment, it has twin bedded room with an en-suite bathroom and it's own sitting room so would be ideal for a nanny or just some extra guests, this does not have a/c.There is also one separate cloak room in the main villa.

All rooms throughout this beautiful holiday villa are of generous proportions and are luxuriously fitted and furnished as the accommodation is basically all on one level the villa is very suitable for the elderly.

The grounds of Villa Majestad are extremely spacious, 1,800 sq.m. and boast many superb features, not least of which is the large pool,15 x 8 metres with Roman steps leading into it at the shallow end and a maximum depth of 2.7 metres.As a bonus this can be heated if required for an additional 100.00 euros per week.There is a changing room with shower and toilet facilities next to the pool as well as a hot tub/jacuzzi. A large part of the grounds are laid to lawn, giving plenty of space for children and they are nicely landscaped with a variety of Mediterranean tropical trees and shrubs, plenty of sunbeds are provided and there is also a table tennis table.

The grounds are very private and secure being accessed via electronic gates and there is plenty of parking space.

The Costa del Sol and Surrounding Area

Villa Majestad is situated on Paraiso Barronal which is a beautiful beach side development consisting of large, well established villas.Click here for a street map. There is a good selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all within a ten minute walk.

The lovely seaside resort of Estepona is about 5 kms. away and in the opposite direction it is about 4 kms. to San Pedro and 15 minutes by car to the cosmopolitan marina of Puerto Banus. The western end of the Costa del Sol has much to offer the visitor with Selwo Wildlife Park, the historic Rock of Gibraltar, the excellent Aqua Park at Mijas Costa plus miles of clean sandy beaches, many excellent restaurants, a wealth of first class golf courses, the list just goes on, and then of course there is the wall to wall sunshine after which it is named.

Normal capacity in this villa is 12 people, plus babies in cots.

Cots and High chairs can be provided for an additional 40 euros per week. ADSL can also be provided for an additional 50 euros per week. Two extra sofabeds are available to sleep up to 14 people with a surcharge of just 100 Euros per person. If required the pool may be heated for an additional 125 Euros per week extra.
