This wonderful luxury apartment at La Perla is in an enviable beach side location on a much sought after development near Estepona.
The very well appointed, fully air conditioned accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms, a large living room and a good sized kitchen/breakfast room. There are 2 large terraces both with superb sea views.
The main living room is very comfortably furnished, it has an open fireplace as well as patio doors leading onto the furnished terrace. Satellite t.v. and a DVD player are installed here.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. It also has a breakfast table in the bay window.

Outside you have full use of the delightful private grounds and 4 pools with direct access onto the beach. Here there is an excellent chiringuito (beach bar) and it is possible to walk from here either to Sabinillas in one direction or Estepona in the other.
The Moorish style architecture and gardens are in keeping with the torre (tower) situated just outside the development overlooking the sea. This was built hundreds of years ago during the Moors occupancy of Spain. ago.

Estepona and the Costa del Sol.
The beautiful clean town of Estepona is just 7 or 8 minutes away by car. In recent years much has been done to make the town more attractive for holiday makers and residents alike. There is a lovely paseo maritimo,(promanade) all the way along the front, the beach is clean and safe and the whole town has decked out with flowers at anytime of the year. In spite of all the improvements and modernization Estepona manages to retain much of its olde world fishing village charm with its cobbled backstreets and pretty plazas.

The shopping is good and there is an excellent market every Wednesday.
In the opposite direction, and closer, is Sabinillas, just a couple of minutes by car. This up and coming holiday resort boasts a beautiful sea front promenade along which you will find an excellent choice of bars and restaurants. There is also a very good selction of shops and supermarkets here.
Places of interest in the area include, Selwo Wildlife Park, the historic Rock of Gibraltar,Estepona Port with its good choice of bars and restaurants,plus the lovely white villages such as Casares and Gaucin. Of course for the golfer you are spoilt for choice as there are many first class golf courses in the area.
