Villa Exclusiva is a beautiful,luxury 4 bed roomed, air conditioned holiday villa. It is built on one level and is situated on the prestigeous Los Naranjos Golf Course at Nueva Andalucia on the Costa del Sol.
The spacious and airy living room has a feature fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating,large patio doors lead from here onto the terraces. There is a separate dining room and a television room, in all there are 3 T.Vs and the free to view channels are available. The villa is also equipped with a Bose surround sound music system that can be programmed for individual rooms and an ADSL internet connection.

The fully equipped ultra modern kitchen has a centre work station, large American style fridge/freezer and Miele appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine,large hob and oven, tumble dryer, microwave and a full complement of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware etc.There is also a small breakfast table.All of the four bed rooms have extra king- sized beds and en-suite bathrooms which in turn have underfloor heating for extra winter comfort. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with shower over. Two of the other en-suite bathrooms have full baths with showers over whilst the 4th. has a shower cubicle.

The grounds of this magnificant villa extend to some 1, 500.sq. metres and are beautifully laid out with plenty of patio areas in both sun and shade, many tropical plants and a lower garden with pond and water feature.The large swimming pool, 6x11m has curved steps for easy access and looks beautiful when lit up at night.There are plenty of quality sunbeds for relaxing on as well as a gas BBQ and outdoor dining terrace.

Two large automatic gates give access to Villa Exclusiva, one opening onto a long driveway that leads down to the 2 car garage and the other opening onto the main courtyard where there is parking for 3 or more cars.This excellent holiday villa is located in a quiet area of large and exclusive villas whilst at the same time being within easy reach of all of the first class amenities on this end of the Costa del Sol. In particularPuerto Banus is just 10 minutes away with all its superb restaurants,shops, bars and beautiful beach. A little further along the coast is the cosmopolitan resort of Marbella with it's charming old town and a further selection of first class shops, bars, restarants and another lovely sandy beach.
