This 3 bed roomed holiday apartment in the ever popular Kai Alde benefits from part air conditioning, in the lounge and master bed room, and is very well fitted and furnished. The large living/dining room has two comfortable settees, an attractive glass topped dining table, satellite t.v and large picture windows looking out over the gardens, pool and tennis court.There is also access from here to the glazed verandah which is furnished with a cane patio set and is a lovely place to sit and realx with a drink whilst enjoying the evening sun. The kitchen is well equipped with all you will need to make your stay here a comfortable one including a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, fridge/freezer and plenty of pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils etc.
Of the three bed rooms the master room has a double bed, doors onto the veranda and an air conditioning unit. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a cabin bed with a pull out 2nd. bed underneath. This room is ideal for either one adult or two children. There is one full bathroom and an additional shower room with modern walk in shower cubicle. Guests at this apartment can make use of the lovely gardens and very large communal swimming pool as well as one of the few International Standard Tennis Courts in Estepona. Kai Alde is well positioned close to all amenities so a car is not necessary but parking is available should you require it.
Conveniently located on your doorstep is a supermarket and a bar and then just a 5 minute walk away you have the lovely Estepona Marina and beaches. In the Marina itself you will find a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The main town of Estepona is a short walk or around 10 minutes away, you can stroll along the pretty promenade all the way into the town centre, stopping on the way at one of the beach bars for a coffee or cool drink.From Kai Alde you are also well located to visit Gibraltar for some tax free shopping or to view the apes and the magnificent St. Michael's Caves. Alternatively you could take a trip into the beautiful Andalucian countryside and visit some of the "pueblos blancos" such as Casares or Gaucin. Golfers of course are spoilt for choice with many first class golf courses within easy reach.
