The accommodation comprises of an open plan living area with comfortable settee,drop leaved dining table and a kitchen area with a 2 ringed electric hob, washing machine,microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, crockery, glasware etc. which you are likely to need on your holiday. There is satellite t.v.with all the free to view channels plus a radio and CD player.
The bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a large built in wardrobe. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a walk in power shower cubicle, w.c. and hand basin. As well as the beautifully maintained swimming pool and gardens guests at this apartment also have access to the full size tennis court. There is parking just outside the entrance from where you have the choice of either stairs or a lift.
The location of this first floor apartment is a major attraction as within a short walk, just a couple of minutes, you have a bar and a supermarket. Then just a few minutes further on you come to the very popular Estepona Port where you are spoilt for choice for shops, bars and restaurants. The town of Estepona itself is a very pleasant stroll of 10-15 minutes away along the Paseo Maritimo( promenade.) You also have a choice of beaches to pick from all of which are kept beautifully clean but one particular gem is the Blue Flag Playa Cristo, a safe and charming bay with a first class chiringuito,(beach bar.)
