This magnificent villa offers first class luxurious holiday accommodation on the award winning Taylor Woodrow development of Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club. It is set in its own private grounds with a large heated pool.
The stunning air conditioned 6 bedroomed, 6 bathroomed holiday villa is built round a central courtyard which lends itself beautifully to both relaxation and entertaining. Most rooms open onto this three sided courtyard and the majority of the accommodation is on the same level.
All of the rooms are of an exceptionally high standard with large vaulted ceilings and first class furniture, fixtures and fittings.

The very spacious living room has a a log burning stove for winter comfort and patio doors opening out onto the courtyard. For entertainment there is a home cinema with satellite t.v. and a DVD player. The villa is also equipped with a home gym, a snooker/pool table and a table tennis table.
The separate dining room has a very stylish dining suite that can seat 12, in addition there are dining facilities in the courtyard.

The ultra modern kitchen is light and airy and fully equipped with all the appliances, crockery glassware, pots, pans etc. that you could possibly require and of course include a hob and oven,microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle,toaster,dish washer,washing machine, a clothes drier,iron and ironing board etc.All six of the bedrooms are twin rooms but can be made up as doubles if required, please specify when booking. The all have en-suite facilities and all bar one have patio doors onto the central courtyard.

As this villa is built on one level with wide doors it is very suitable for anyone in a wheelchair.

Los Arqueros Golf Club is just a few minutes walk from the villa and this has a very good quality restaurant open every day for lunch or dinner and entertainment most evenings.
For golfers the owners can organise tee times and advance bookings catering for groups of up to 12 people. La Residencia is in the centre of Costa del Sol's golf valley with easy access to all major golf courses.
