Casa Rhyona is a charming 3 bedroomed, fully air conditioned holiday villa located in the small private development of el Parador, Hacienda Guadalupe, near Sabinillas on the Costa del Sol. It offers high standard,comfortable accommodation with its own private garden as well as use of the communal gardens and swimming pool.
The living/dining room is furnished in a pleasant contemporay style and has all the facilities to make you feel at home. There is a TV, Video and DVD players as well as a Stereo sound system. For the winter months the villa is kept cosy by a wood burning stove and for the summer a glass fronted wine fridge is installed.

The state of the art kitchen is fully fitted with appliances including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer,a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. All cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. are also provided.Of the 3 bedrooms, one is a double and there are two twin rooms. A cot, portable high chair (for use in house and when out at, for example, restaurants), potty and step can also be provided if required.
All bedrooms have plenty of storage space and the master bedroom has a user configurable coded safe.

The villa has 2 bathrooms,one of which is en-suite and the other a family bathroom.Villa Rhyona has its own private garden with perimeter wall to retain a high level of privacy and security. Electric gates give access to the driveway where there is ample space for your car. and another set of electric gates with intercom to the house can be used for pedestrians and visitors. Within the garden is a beautiful patio area with quality rattan furniture including 6 dining chairs, table and 2 seater sofa. Two sun loungers are also available.An extendible sun awning provides welcome shade during the heat of the day.
Guests at the villa also have full use of the communal gardens and swimming pool which are located nearby.

The up and coming resort of Sabinillas has agood clean beach with a long "paseo maritimo,"all the way along the front where there are many beach bars for you to enjoy. You will find a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants in the town as well as a Friday street market and the very popular Sunday boot market.
The picturesque Port of Duquesa is just a short distance away and once again there are some excellent bars and restaurants for you to sample.
The historic Rock of Gibraltar is less than half an hour away and should definitely be on your list of places to visit whilst holidaying in the area. Or take run up into the hills and visit some of the picturesque "Pueblos Blancos" such as Casares or a little further inland, Gaucin.
The golfer, of course, is spoilt for choice by the large number of first class golf courses to choose from.
