The comfortable living/dining room has patio doors leading out onto the swimming pool terrace.Terrestrial and Satellite T.V. are installed along with a DVD and CD player, a wireless broadband connection can be hired at a reasonable weekly rate although there is an internet cafe just a short walk away.

The kitchen is luxuriously fitted to a very high standard and boasts a dishwasher, washing machine freezer, fridge, microwave ,oven toaster, kettle,coffee machine, tumble dryer,and 4 ring ceramic hob.

Of the 5 bed rooms the master has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom that has a jacuzzi installed.There is a further double bedroom with an extra single bed, two further en-suite bedrooms with twin beds and a fifth twin bedded room.

The villa is set in grounds of some 500 sq. metres and the gardens are delightful. There are many sunny spots to sunbathe in and there is also a pavilion at the side of the pool which offers a great place to relax away from the mid-day sun and also to dine in. In addition stairs at the back of the house lead you to theroof top solarium. The villa is an ideal location for those who enjoy their own space and privacy but also like to be able to walk to the bustling night life of Puerto Banus (less than ten minutes walk) with its shops, bars and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beaches are also just a short walk away.

Villa Koli is located just below the Bull ring in Nueva Andalucia and looks directly over towards Puerto Banus shopping centre. The bull ring is host to a market at weekends providing both historic interest and a great shopping experience. There are a multitude of golf courses near by and of course Puerto Banus Marina which is less than ten minutes walk away. Marbella is a further 8KM away and can be reached easily by bus or car. Puerto Banus and the world famous Marbella are both packed with history and a multitude of bars, restaurants, shopping centres and beautiful beaches. The villa provides a high quality place to stay close to the hustle and bustle of the port. A great place to stay for those who do not want far to walk for the Marbella lifestyle.

All prices are in euros and are based on up to 8 people sharing, however a total of 11 guests can be accommodated with a supplement of 100.00 euros per 9th, 10th and 11th. guest. The price is fully inclusive of all electricity, linen, towels and cleaning.
