Villa las Palmas is a fully air conditioned, 5 bedroomed, 5 bathroomed high quality holiday villa set in the tranquil surroundings of Las Lomas de Nueva Andalucia just 5 kms. from Puerto Banus.It has its own private gardens and swimming pool and makes an ideal base for a relaxing holiday on the Costa del Sol.
The accommodation comprises of a light and airy lounge with flat screen t.v with English satellite reception, a DVD player and music centre.Large patio doors give access to a covered verandah with cane suite and from here onto the immaculate gardens and pool.

There is a very elegant dining area with glass topped dining table and regency style chairs.The modern well equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee percolator,plus of course a good selection of pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc.
The villa benefits from 3 full en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, then there are two double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms as well as a fourth full family bathroom.All of the bedrooms are comfortably furnished with plenty of storage space and most of them have their own private access either out onto the various terraces on the upper floor or into the gardens on the ground and lower floors.

The pretty gardens of this charming villa are split into 2 levels and provide plenty of private areas where you are not overlooked t all. On the lower level you will also find a sauna.The swimming pool is 4x8 metres with an approx. depth of 1 metre to 2 metres and has Roman steps for access.There is plenty of terrace space around the pool for sunbathing and relaxing and sun beds are provided.The elevated position of Villa las Palmas gives it wonderful views of la Concha mountain and the surrounding countryside.

Marbella is around 8kms. away and here too you have excellent beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.In fact the whole stretch of this western end of the Costa del Sol has much to offer the holidaymaker and it is not without good reason that it is one of the premier holiday destinations in Europe.
