It has commanding views over the Mediterranean sea, Africa and Gibraltar. This exclusive well appointed villa offers 3 bed roomed accommodation and can sleep a maximum of 8 people.The large lounge offers panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery overlooking the Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar (an hour’s drive away) and is very comfortably furnished. It has satellite TV (Sky Family Package), DVD player/recorder, and a CD and radio/cassette player. There is a well equipped American kitchen and utility room with a dish washer, freezer, fridge, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Of the three bedrooms one has an en-suite shower room in addition to which there is a full family bathroom. Extra fold up beds can be provided for a small supplement (see below) and there is also a wooden cot and a high chair.Externally there is a patio Andaluz opening onto a broad terrace with a large floodlit pool (8x4m) set in large private gardens featuring a built-in BBQ, outside dining area, large roof terrace (all with fabulous views) and car port. The villa benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. A security guard patrols the urbanization at night.

Mijas and the Costa del Sol.The pretty village of Mijas is 5 mins by car, with Fuengirola and the beach being just 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles). Also with in striking distance are many first class golf courses and 2 superb aqua parks. The nearest shop is a mini supermarket at the petrol station just down the road (open until midnight) and there is a larger supermarket just along the road to Benalmadena,and also the large Euromarket in Fuengirola. In short the Costa del Sol and Andalucia have something for everyone: the holiday towns of the Costas(Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella and Fuengirola) and the miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches that line a wonderful coast. For cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Seville, Cordoba, Ronda and Granada. For wildlife enthusiasts, there are some of the highest mountains in Europe (including Europe's southernmost skiing resort) and marshlands crowded with flamingos. All rates are based on 6 people sharing and are fully inclusive of linen, towels and 100kw. electricity (per week.).Beyond 100kw. we make a nominal charge of 10p (0.15 Eur) per kW to cover the cost of using the air conditioning and to prevent people leaving it on all the time! Please make sure you read the electricity meter with our Manager on start and finish of your holiday.
Holiday Villa Mijas - Casa Pepe Availability. Deposit of 10% (minimum £250 or €375) required to secure booking. Full amount required 8 weeks before holiday. Deposit then becomes a damages deposit which will be refunded one week after holiday less costs for electricity and telephone calls.
