The villa boasts a spacious living/dining room with patio doors to the terrace from where there are steps leading to the immaculately kept pool and gardens.Satellite t.v. is installed in the lounge with all the English free to view chanels or you can bring your own viewing card. The large kitchen is beautifully fitted with solid wood units and a large 6 hob Aga cooking range. It also has a dishwasher, washing machine, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. The 3 bedrooms all have full airconditioning, the master suite has a super king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with separate walk in shower. The second double bed room also has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower. The third bedroom has twin beds and there is a third bathroom with shower and toilet.Two bedrooms have their own direct access to the gardens. Linen and towels are top quality and a hair dryer is provided.
In addition to the air conditioned bedrooms the villa also has the benefit of central heating and a wood burning stove thus making it ideal for a winter holiday as well a perfect summer vacation home. This beautiful holiday villa is set in 1,200 sq.m. of tropical gardens with a large private pool of 10x5 m. The large terrace is furnished with a very attractive wrought iron patio set and there is also a gas BBQ and plenty of sunloungers and relaxer chairs. There is off road parking for 2 cars.
El Rosario is a well established residential area to the east of Marbella, about 30 minutes from Málaga airport.The area is made up of large well-maintained villas all surrounding the very popular 'El Casco' tennis club. Here you will find restaurants and bars with a supermarket just below (next to the main A7 road, which gives excellent communications for Gibraltar and all the coastal towns). Crossing the bridge over the main road will take you to the beaches. Travel a further 5 Km down the road and you discover “Elviria” here you have a much larger choice of wonderful restaurants, bars and the beaches. Marbella and the Costa del Sol. Not without good reason Marbella, and neighbouring Puerto Banus, have the reputation for being a rich man´s playground. Both the town and port are beautifully maintained with excellent shops, bars, restaurants and beaches.Flowers bedeck the streets and plazas and the picturesque old town of Marbella is a delight to explore.
