The whole house is air conditioned which can also be used as central heating in the winter time. For added comfort in the colder months there is also an open fire in the living room, thus making this a perfect holiday home for a winter as well as a summer holiday on the Costa del Sol.

The three bedrooms are all well fitted and furnished. The master bedroom has a good sized full en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath plus separate walk in shower.

Of the other 2 bed rooms one is a double and one a twin.There is a further full family bathroom with shower over the bath plus a separate shower room with shower and toilet.A hair dryer is supplied.

Outside the villa is set in 1,000 sq. metres of private garden with some exotic Mediterranean plants which is not overlooked at all. There is a beautiful swimming pool with Roman steps set in a Casares stone patio with plenty of sun beds. There is also a gas BBQ and patio dining suite to enable you to take full advantage of the pleasures of al fresco dining.

The whole property is approached through electronic, remote controlled gates and there is secure off road parking for 2 cars.

The beautiful clean town of Estepona is just 5 minutes away by car. In recent years much has been done to make the town more attractive for holiday makers and residents alike. There is a lovely paseo maritimo,(promanade) all the way along the front, the beach is clean and safe and the whole town has decked out with flowers at anytime of the year. In spite of all the improvements and modernization Estepona manages to retain much of its olde world fishing village charm with its cobbled backstreets and pretty plazas.The shopping is good and there is an excellent market every Wednesday.

Places of interest in the area include, Selwo Wildlife Park, the historic Rock of Gibraltar,Estepona Port with its good choice of bars and restaurants,plus the lovely white villages such as Casares and Gaucin. Of course for the golfer you are spoilt for choice as there are many first class golf courses in the area.
