This delightful 3 bedroomed holiday villa near Sanlucar de Barrameda on the Costa de la Luz offers the holiday maker quality, comfortable accommodation in the peaceful development of Madre de Agua and comes complete with a private garden and swimming pool.
The accommodation is all located on the ground floor and comprises a living/dining room with satellite t.v. and patio doors which open onto the covered verandah.
There is a spacious open plan kitchen which is well fitted with all the necessary appliances and utensils including a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, fridge/freezer,microwave,pots, pans,crockery, glassware etc.

The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite facilities with a full bath with shower over, a bidet,toilet and hand basin.The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third has a set of bunk beds.There is also a second family bathroom. A cot can also be supplied.
The grounds of this villa are enclosed by a wall which gives privacy. The good sized swimming pool,8x4 m. is surrounded by a large sun terrace which is supplied with sun beds.
