The large ultra modern kitchen has beautiful solid wood units a dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the pots, pans,crockery and glassware etc. that you will need. There is a separate utility area with a sink and washing machine.

Downstairs there is also one double bed room with an en-suite shower and toilet, a twin bed toom and a full family bathroom.. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor, one of them is a double room and the other a twin. There is also a further shower room and toilet on this floor.

The grounds of this marvelous holiday property benefit from the most superb views of the surrounding countryside with the sea beyond. There is a lovely covered verandah with a dining suite, a built in BBQ area and of course the beautifully maintained swimiing pool.

This is a generous size 10x5m. and is fenced round for child security. There is a poolside shower and plenty of sunbeds on the large sun patio.Other parts of the gardens are laid to lawn providing plenty of space for children.

This wonderful holiday villa is located about 3 and a half kms. from the popular seaside resort of Calpe on the Costa Blanca, with its beautiful blue flag beaches, excellent seafood restaurants and the majestic Peñon de Ifach nature resort which dominates the whole area and divides the two main beach areas of Playa la Fossa and Playa Cantal Roig.

The picturesque old part of the town is a pleasure to explore with many pretty plazas and historic buildings. Every Saturday sees the street market and on Wednesdays there is a flea market. During the summer months it also hosts various craft fairs.

Alicante is also within stiking sdistance as is the famous resort of Benidorm.
