This beautifully fitted and furnished front line, air conditioned townhouse at Puerto Sol, Estepona Port offers high quality holiday accommodation in the perfect location to enjoy a holiday on the Costa del Sol. The property is arranged over 3 levels and is entered from a mezzanine level walkway.On entering you have the independent kitchen to the left and a guest cloakroom to the right,whilst straight ahead is the spacious lounge with separate dining area.The living room is equipped with a large flat screened t.v.with both English and Spanish chanells as well as a DVD and CD player and video recorder.For winter months there is a feature gas fire place which complements the electric heating from the integrated air conditioning system. Large patio doors leads out onto the first of the terraces with a superb view of the sea and the boats of the Marina. There is a further dining area for eight people plus five sunbeds and relaxing deck chairs.
The well fitted kitchen is provided with all you will need to make your stay here a comfortable one including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob abnd oven,toaster,kettle, coffee machine and good selection of pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc.A flight of stairs leads to the first floor where there is a double en-suite bed room with a balcony from where you can once more enjoy the superb sea views. In addition there is a further double bed room, twin room and family bathroom on this level.The fourth floor has the second twin bed room which has an en-suite shower room and its own private terrace which a gain offers wonderful sea views. All of the bedrooms and the lounge have security shutters and there is a video entry phone. Guests at the apartment also benefit from a secure underground parking space, accessed via remote control, with lifts both from there and the two different street level entrances that are available.
The pool area with communal pool and sun terrace is only 10 m. from the house and as well as the deeper adult area has a smaller area designated for young children.Estepona Port, with all its superb amenities, is right on your doorstep and there are also good beaches very close by. In addition you may walk from here to the maintown of Estepona in under 10 minutes along the very attractive "paseo maritimo," promenade.There are many first class golf courses within easy reach and the historic Rock of Gibraltar is only 30 minutes away by car. Other places of interest in the area include Selwo Wildlife Park, the charming Puerto Duquesa and of course the many pretty "Pueblos Blancos" which are always a delight to explore. In conclusion then this family sized townhouse offers very good quality vacation accommodation at very reasonable rates in one of the best areas for a holiday on the Costa del Sol.
