Villa Leila is a newly completed holiday villa near Duquesa Port on the Costa del Sol. It is a detached villa built over 3 floors on a pleasant development called Vistalmar. It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, air-conditioning, a W.I.F.I. internet connection and all the extras and conveniences that you would expect to find in a first class holiday home.
The large living/dining area has plenty of comfortable settees and a glass topped dining table that can seat 12. A patio door leads from here to the terrace which is furnished with a patio set. Satellite t.v. has been installed in the lounge.
The modern fully fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave and all the necessary pots, pans, glassware etc.There is also a breakfast table.

The Livingroom and Dining areas.
All of the six bedrooms are of generous dimensions with plenty of fitted wardrobe space. There are 2 double bedrooms, one being the master en-suite which also has a settee in it, as does the larger of the twin rooms.All four bathrooms have full baths with showers over and are fully tiled.
On the lower ground floor there is a large games room which is equipped with a multi-gym, table tennis table and dart board. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom, which has sliding doors onto the lower patio, and abathroom.
In addition to the two patios there is also a large roof terrace from where there are marvellous views of both the sea and inland towards the mountains. There is off road parking at the side of the villa and a small grassed area to the back.
Vistalmar has a total of 5 swimming pools for the exclusive use of it's residents and the nearest of these can be seen from the terrace and is less than a minute away.

The Costa del Sol
Villa Leila is in an excellent position to take advantage of all that the western end of the Costa del Sol has to offer. It is less than five minutes to the nearest safe and sandy beach, about 3 kilometres to Duquesa Port, which has an good selection of shops, bars and restaurants and another couple of minutes along to the up and coming resort town of Sabinillas. here you will find plenty more bars, restaurants and shops plus a lovely promenade all the way along the sea front.
The attractive town of Estepona is less than 10 minutes away and in the opposite direction it is but a short drive to Gibraltar.
For the golfers Villa Leila couldn't be better located as there are numerous first class golf courses all within easy reach.

Low Season : October-March (ex. Christmas and Easter) 775.00 pounds.
Mid Season : May, June, Sept, Christmas and Easter 995.00 pounds.
High season :July and August 1,150.00 pounds.
All prices are per villa and are fully inclusive of all electricity, linen, towels and a welcome pack.
50% deposit secures with the balance 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.Change over day is flexible.
